Oh shoot I missed the deadline. Oh well enjoy my post anyways



Please use this for my official entry. I just happened to smoke spares on Sunday; then I discovered this throw down. I cut one rack in half and the left is Meathead's Memphis Dust and the right is Killer Hogs The Hot Rub. Both got a glazing of Cool Smoke BBQ Red Sauce. Tossed in the Pit Barrel and like a clock work they were done in 3h40m. My oldest who is 3 kept saying "I love ribs!" during dinner.
