those are very nice looking, did you wrap them in foil or not? I'm new and other than the 3-2-1- method I'm inexperienced

I sometimes save the flap meat in the freezer until I have enough to grind up and use for a fatty... ummmmm, now those are good.

whodeyQ, I usually don't foil my ribs, although I do foil if some one says, "you can't make fall of the bone ribs without par boiling" :boxing:
