Sous vide accessories ?

My ANOVA came with the container. I use it for some things, other times I just stick it in a 1 gallon pitcher. A buddy found a cooler on clearance at Wally world and cut a hole in it for his cooker, gonna keep a lookout for one myself.

Did sous vide bacon for the first time a couple days ago. Followed the post below. Finished part of the pound in the oven at 350, it was really good, but probably not worth the time. The rest of it was wrapped around chicken breast medallions and went on the Weber indirect. Came out far better that any previous bacon wrap for chicken breast. The bacon was crispy and browned on the outside, chicken pulled at 160 was moist and tender. Going to try with some asparagus next.
