That is the house special at a local breakfast/lunch Resturant. They also put a little hot sausage in it that gives it a kick. I tell them to put mine on white toast and to put the taters on the side.

I’m a purist, it must be on toast. I do like biscuits and gravy too.
 
Unlike vegemite!

I had a local make me vegimite on toast while I was up in the NT a few years ago. I actually liked it! The trick is to spread it thin on buttered toast. She said most people who don’t know any better gob it on thick like jelly. She said No one eats it that way!
