First the score. A Cajun Bandit stacker from CL for $45. :clap2: Then I stopped by the store down the street and wouldn't you know? Some seriously good looking and well marbled whole spares for $1.99/lb.

Figured these are perfect for a test cook plus I missed doing whole spares

First rack rubbed down with Utter Madness that none other than brother Paul Shirley had sent me some time back that I vac packed and regularly use. This stuff is ridiculously good

Second rack on the Cajun Bandit was SPOG and paprika

No spritz, no wrap, no sauce. Just plain smoke until done

Thanks for looking!! I'm really digging this new to me CB stacker and it worked flawlessly other than the top running a little hotter but that's given.

That there is the perfect setup for ribs. I do the same thing, but with a rotisserie ring from Weber, with screw to hold a second rack. Nice looking grub.

Whoa those look perfect! Nice example of a perfect rack right there!!

Job well done Sako, both the cook and the cooker.
