Smokin' Guns Hot vs Plowboys Bovine Bold

always bovine bold for brisket, but smokin guns on pork

I like both a lot and still have both available in the pantry. I don't think you can go wrong with either option. I think the Bovine Bold is a little closer to the flavor many Texans would consider more 'traditional' on brisket.

Love the Bovine Bold, never tried the Smokin Guns. Will have to get some.:thumb:

but i wonder what would happen if you took one part bovine bold and one part smoking guns and put them together and tried to use the concoction in some sort of rub

Which one would all of you say is hotter? I've tried one of the two and without giving it away am curious as to what you guys think.....

but the question is which ONE would all of you say is hotter not a hypothetical situation as mixing them together....
