I started my 12lb turkey and 6+ lb ham 4 hours ago at 250-275. This is what they look like so far. The thermometers I have are crap and are giving me different IT temps.. The ham was going upwards of 150 and the bird was hittig 163 at the breast and almost 175 on the left leg, but the right leg was around 170ish. They both have about 2 hours left. What do the pros think?
