Man that is awesome. I never thought to make a Rueben Pot Pie before. Dang. I'm in. Definately making this. I make pot pies often. Only tip i have for you is make a egg yolk wash with a few drops of water. Whisk that up and brush it on. You will get a super golden crust from that. Other than that, it is perfect man. YUM. Now I have to add this to the list of shiz to do this weekend.
