Lemon pepper, kosher salt rub; smoked over B&B Oak lump and pecan chunks

Chopped capers and dill mayo, rustic basil pesto
Toasted ciabatta bun, mayo on the bottom, pesto on the top, pork loin in the middle
Everyone said it was good and that I should make it again.
