Smoked Gumbo with Pron (Pron HEAVY)

My gumbo tied for first today with a Crayfish Etoufffee. :-D

I am a gumbo connoisseur, and that looks good to me. Smoking the meats first is a great idea. The smokiness of the meat should go well with the earthiness of the roux.
