Smoked Eggs.

Tried this last week. Put raw eggs on and then smoked at 250*. couldn't peal the shells off...to soft. Found a recipe on line that says to boil them just enough to get them solid, not completley done. Crack the shell and then put them on the smoker. Recipe from that dere' Pitmaster Oprah :icon_blush:

SOFT BOIL ON D STOVE THEN GINGERLY CRACK AND FINISH ON D SMOKER. YOR TUNG WIL BEET YOR BRAINS OWT:thumb::clap2:
 
Boatnut nailed it... they are vizslas, but don't feel bad jeffjenkins1 people confuse them with ridgebacks all of the time... dedmet you are also correct they are a cross breed of weims and german shorthairs. They are hungarian and nearly went extinct after WWI, soliders brougt them back to the sates and bred them back into existence... they are excellent bird dogs...
