Dang, I've never thought of that. Do beans in the smoker every time but never thought of throwing in a pan of Texas Red. Between that, butt balz, and Habanero TX torpedoes there wont be much room left for anything else!
 
man its good it gets a layer over it after about 3 to 4 hrs at 200 and then mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
 
Ladle some of that over a bowl of Frito's.

I did that a few years ago, and named it Frito Pie.
