Both boys are locked down so it’s like when we first got married 40 years ago....just the two of us. Fresh speckled trout filets seasoned with lemon infused EVOO, garlic powder, pink Himalayan sea salt, ground pepper, and Global Gardens Greek seasoning. 10 minutes at 425. Perfect! Merry Christmas everyone!

Very nice meal and Merry Christmas. We all love our kids but it's always nice to have time to ourselves. Hopefully, the lockdown will be the worse thing they will experience.
