2 lobster tails from local seafood dealer. Cut membrane off bottom with kitchen shears, rinse thoroughly and pat dry with paper towel.

Flip over and slice down middle of shell so it will lay flat on grill. Don't cut all the way down. Seasoned with garlic powder and Global Gardens Greek blend after rubbing with lemon infused olive oil and put in fridge to marinate for an hour or so.

Chopped up fresh parsley and mint and added a little basil and a chopped clove of garlic to 3 tbsp butter in a metal cup to put on the grill to melt.

Cubed 2 sweet taters and put in cast of Ron grill with some blood orange olive oil and on the grill. Going to add a couple hours f sliced Che's of bacon after taters cook a little so it can fry along with them.
