Silly me, I thought I’d posted last Friday night dinner but I haven’t!


Started with a pork butt...



When the color was about right I put it in the pan with a few friends...





A couple hours later, the bone slid right out, it was time for a rest and a 3 or 4 hour hold...



Rough pulled and a quick chop and it was time to EAT!!! They were KILLER!!! Everybody wants them again this weekend!

You´re the 2nd to use that Stubbs marinade with pork (think Adams was the other).
Can´t wait to pick one up next week because this looks absolutely fantastic.
Did you just add some Stubbs to each taco?
