I got 2 packages of each of these ribs from my homegrown and grass-fed Dexter. From left to right: short ribs (from chuck?), back ribs (from rib eyes), and dino ribs (from plate?).
Cooked a package of back ribs over an open fire as an appetizer with tri tip for the main course. Salt and pepper. Man were they good.
