Seeing as there are some very clever/knowledgeable people on here - will be able to get pork butts again?

I ended up finding some pork but it was slim pickings. I got a shoulder and some loin. Made some Cumberland sausages
 
Plenty of meat at my Kroger this morning. Picked up a butt and tenderloin. The only shelves that were bare was toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex.
 
Last week our H-E-B was out of chicken, beef, and pork. Yesterday a line to get in an hour before closing. This evening, no line, plenty of meat. I picked up two butts, skirt steak, and chicken thighs. I’m looking forward to starting a fire tomorrow and smoking something nice.
