The UDS is chuging on and Just put a 8 lb brisket on for a cookout tomorow my frist one turned out tasty so hopefuly this one Does too, keeping my fingers crossed :pray:

I love Brisket smoked on my UDS. The meat is always juicy, partly because of the moist environment in the drum.
