I have seen and read about different options/changes made on Lang smokers but there doesn't seem to be anywhere all the options are listed on the Lang website nor any other place I can find. Sure would be helpful for those of us considering a Lang to have a place where everyone could put their 'changes' to the basic models. I sure would hate to order one and then find out about a cool option/change I could have ordered.
