scrapple reinvented: a new look at an old recipe

they say the only rule of scrapple is: don't ask what is in the scrapple. You are correct, my version omits the lips and a$$holes.

My grandpa used to use them to make hot dogs - he saved all the puckers to put on the ends. :doh:

we make what we call pon haas and we use quick barley oats instead of cornmeal, also sometimes we will add breakfast sausage seasoning to the mix. whatever its all good!
