I'm not sure if you are all familiar with Saveur magazine. I wasn't until my friend suggested I get a subscription for my boss who is an avid cook. Well after constantly talking about BBQ with her, she mentioned that the latest issue is entirely devoted to BBQ. Theres a cool article on East vs. West Carolina BBQ sauces. LA Style Mexican Barbacoa. Haven't finished yet, but I'm pretty excited. Here's the link and it looks like there are a ton of recipes and such. Hope you enjoy
