Yes and yes. Troy basically gives you the space you need. Try o keep within 20 by 40. Usually no flex on the 20.

power is ok but marginal if you're running air.

Water is from a hose bib on the club building, so bring buckets and use one of the Sam's flatbeds to move them when full.

Sam's space

We fit our 40' RV in at Sams, we just have to unload and close the ramp before the slot next to us gets filled. Normally they stagger the sites during load in, so it's not a problem.

Madison had plenty of room, "borrow" a shoping cart when you get there, water hauling and charcoal/grease disposal was a hell of a walk for us.
