CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

For the next category let's do "Salmon".
Anyway the Brethren wish to prepare and cook - smoked, grilled, cedar plank, cold smoke etc.

You may submit entries that are cooked from Friday 1/15 through Monday 2/1/21.



Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday 2/1.
