Just picked up 2 lbs. A local grocery store has them for 1.99/lb. On the grill tomorrow, chop some up for burgers and the rest in the freezer. I have some seeds that I will plant nxt season.

20 minutes after I read this post yesterday I went to the market and they had a roaster set up outside roasting and selling hatch peppers. I could not resist, I bought a case of them. I'm going to roast them myself though. Thanks for the inspiration.
