Ribs, Chicken, Pork and Brisket w/ Pron

Sure been a busy summer and haven't had the chance to cook as much as I wanted to. But things are starting to slow down so hopefully I can make up for lost time.

This past weekend my mother-in-law had some family visiting and asked us to cook for them. On the menu; ribs, brisket, chicken and pork. This also gave us a chance to practice for some upcoming competitions. Got pictures of all the food except for the pork. Not sure how that happened.

No, it is a Superior Smoker SS-1. Picked it up this fall and couldn't be happier with it.

Wow, the smoke ring on the brisket is insane! The chicken and ribs look great too. I bet you had to roll everyone out the door cuz they were so full.
