Just pulled my ribs out to foil after 2 hours at 225 and saw pellets in my AMNPS were on fire instead of just smoking. One slab looked like the bones were burned some. This is only my second try at ribs. Are they going to be any good? Like i said, they're in foil now for another 2 hours. SCARED!:doh:
 
Check one and see. Adding some souce in the foil will work wonders to soften up. But don't get too hot to burn the sauce.
 
Once in foil, you can move them into an oven (so that you dont worry about fire/flare-ups on your smoker.
