Ribeyes & Brussels

[SirPorkaLot]

Picked up some good looking Ribeyes and seasoned them with Q-Salt and Cyprus Flake

Flipped the vortex downside up (or upside down, if you prefer )
Loaded it with briquettes and a couple of small chunks of apple wood

Wifey roasted some Brussel sprouts with a black garlic & blackberry compound butter and feta while I was grill’n

Just the way I like it

It was tasty!

There is a ribeye TD but you have to get rid of the sprouts

Sprouts are awesome when you cook the tar out of 'em. Most people don't like them because they just aren't cooked enough. Charred like that they are delicious.
