Bone-in Ribeye steaks were on sale this week, so I picked up two for dinner.
Not bad looking steaks -
Seasoned with Worcestershire and Montreal Seasoning -
The Goldens' is set up for two zone grilling - coals to one side of the divider plate. We'll start these off on the indirect side of the grill -
After a few flips and having reached an internal temp around 120F, over to the hot side they go for a reverse sear -
Resting -
Dinner is served with roasted cauliflower and potatoes -
This was one fine weeknight dinner. Nothing like a great bone-in ribeye! Definitely the star of the show.
