Made some bread today, had to make make a "parents evening at home" dinner. My love found a chuck steak, fairly marbled good. Surprised me with pork chops :whoo:. Salt Lick Original plus granulated garlic on the steak. Same on one chop, and heavy Oakridge Carne Crosta on the other. Cooked for a while on the pellet cooker, then threw them on the Blackstone to sear. Not too bad but my chop was not as tender as I hoped. Very juicy though.
