Ribs came out great but almost fall off the bone and need to shorten my cook time by 3 minutes and was not watching them close enough I did have a 30 degree temp difference form left to right with the tuning plates so I bought a step down drill bit to make a few holes bigger on the right side and hope to get within 5 to 10 degrees .

The ribs look great. Would you say the smoker met your expectations?

I've been intrigued by that company for years. I don't need a new smoker but have thought they would be on a short list of prospects in the future. Nice job on the restoration.

It worked great and did not eat a lot of wood once I got the metal hot and just need to get even side to side and will be very happy and will do some modification today on that and try firing it back up to see where it is at .

Drilled the last two sets of holes out on the right side and now have a 6 degree difference side to side so it is all good now .:becky:
