I am not happy with the results I'm getting reheating brisket and beef ribs in the microwave. Pulled pork and ribs seem to work better for some reason, but lately I've been on a beef kick and noticing it gets overcooked when I reheat it.

My microwave has a 'reheat' setting that detects when the food is hot and I usually use that. I'll often stop it before it finishes. I feel like maybe I'm just going about it wrong - interested in other approaches.

Wrap in aluminum foil and reheat in oven very low, like 200.

I'm assuming you haven't sliced the brisket. The only way to keep brisket moist for reheating is to leave the bit you don't eat whole and don't slice it.
