Here is a red chile me and my dad did for some pasta. We used a whole turkey and cut off the legs. We added Bay leaves, onions, and spices to the turkey and boiled it. We used 3 different kinds of red chile to make the sauce and added the broth from the turkey to the sauces as well, and saved the rest of the broth for another time. We shredded up the meat and mixed it together with the sauce. We added bay leaves,onions, spices, and plenty of garlic to the red chile sauces. I used this for some spaghetti noodles we had made.
