Another great post. It ain't premature out here - we've been having beautiful grilling weather - at least for the past 20 or so years that I know of. Those burgers are looking like Sunday to me. :whoo:
 
Good stuff!! I'll take one Longboard burger and one(make that a sixer) Longboard beer.

That looks awesome. I often think that the roll on the burger is underrated and makes a huge difference to how good the burger is and that bun looks out of this world, not to mention the rest of the burger.

Thanks, I agree. I got the rolls from a great local bakery. They are
"Brutti" (Italian) rolls. They may look dense in the photos, but
they are light, airy, and soft. They really are great.

In BBQ it's great advice to know your butcher, but knowing your
local bakery is good advice as well.
