Hello fellow smokers. I just picked up a 35 gallon steel drum from my work place. The drum came to us with grease in it,used to lubricate our heavy equipment. I'm assuming that I will have to burn this out first before I cook on it. Now my question is do I need to drill smaller vent holes at the bottom. Compared to the one inch vent holes that you drill in a 55 gallon drum. I'm really stoked about this little drum I plan using it for Chicken & Beef jerky
