I stole this off of the MABA site. I'm just trying to get the word out. 2500 pounds of pork will take a lot of cookers and folks to help prep and pull. And, money always helps too.

Please come out and help MABA and Q-Aid feed the hungry this holiday season. This year we are trying to cook at least 2500 pounds of pork butts to help stock the Capital Area Food Bank. This is a straight prep, cook and pack event for a great cause.

In order to accomplish this goal we need to raise $5000.
100% of what we raise goes to this project.

Schedule:
Friday March 18
3:00 p.m. Volunteers to prep meat and teams arrive
5:00 p.m. Meat on cookers
Saturday March 19
10:00 a.m. meat off cookers
volunteers to pull and pack meat
12:30 p.m. clean up and shut down

We are working to have about 3,000 pounds raw weight.

We know money is tight, but if at all possible please register as a donor for $10, (or more).
$10 buys a full Pork Butt with rub for this worthy cause.
