Well, Today I smoked my first pork shoulder. I started at 9am and at 5pm it was done. Temp was up and down (200-275) all day. Pulled it off at 5pm(temp was 205 ) and put it in the cooler for 45mins and then started the fun part :-D. And i made a bbq sauce off the web site( wow ). And it was great. The wife and dog LOVED it.
