You should have put the cheese in with the pulled pork. Would have been a pulled Juicy Lucy. Man that looks good.

I'm glad you liked them. I've never had a Juicy Lucy, but my folks out in Minneapolis rave about them, and they look fantastic on the food network. My smoker comes today, so this will definately be going on my list of things to make.
