Finally got around to makin' sammies out of the Paul Kirk Class pork butt I had in the freezer...here's my version topped with my wife's creamy coleslaw...

I don't know but I love slaw on my pulled pork sammies...have even turned a few people on to them when at first they thought it sounded pretty nasty.

I like a vinegar sauce and slaw on my PP sammies.

Nice blend of sweet and sour and the richness of the PP balances it all out.

Not sure...I believe it originated in the South though...North Carolina maybe?
