Finally got around to makin' sammies out of the Paul Kirk Class pork butt I had in the freezer...here's my version topped with my wife's creamy coleslaw...:p

I don't know but I love slaw on my pulled pork sammies...have even turned a few people on to them when at first they thought it sounded pretty nasty.

Those look great BTW.

I like a vinegar sauce and slaw on my PP sammies.

Nice blend of sweet and sour and the richness of the PP balances it all out.
