Looks great! I have 3 to do next Sat. may layer the rub like you did. I bet it tasted great.
 
Looks great. Never tried the apple juice near the end--I'll have to try that--thanks for sharing! (After I pull mine, I like to add about a 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, sprinkle on just a bit of seasoning, add a little bbq sauce, and mix it all up.)
 
Mouth watering! I caught the missing chunk right away with no question where it went. I know what's for dinner tomorrow at my house.
