An 8lb pound shoulder on the minimax. Rubbed with meatheads memphis dust. Put on around 8:30 at 220 came home around 12:30 am to find the embers dying got it going again after a little while at 250 from about 1:30 am to 9:15 am. I used some chunks of cherry for smoke Bark was too dark and hard in a few spots but I could not foil with the overnight cook. I really hope the photos posted correctly.
