Cooked up a chuck and sliced a pork but in half. I’ve been using Kingsford for awhile but switched it up with some royal ok lump. Came out tasting great. I got some ribs that just went on my kettle. The puppy agrees that wood is great.

Thanks! The misses picked it up at goodwill today. Filled it with water but before that I lit the chimney with a piece of wood and some lighter fluid in the center. Prob won’t go water next time but it works good to keep the charcoal even and keep heat.
