You've inspired me to try one of these puppies. Maybe sunday. Wife hates rare though, gonna have to torch her slice after it's cooked.

Just give her an end slice and toss it on the grill for a couple of minutes. i do that for my wife's slice.

Was just at Sams here. They had some really nice looking Angus rib roasts in the 5lb range. Might have to go back and grab one or two.

My Prime Rib Experiment

Used a combo of Kickazz and Thirdeye. Holy...smokes. The feeders we're incredibly satisfied.
