Scored ten of these prime sirloin cap steaks and hit a couple with KS&P. Fired up the 26 with some RO lump and a huge chunk of cherry. Really like the shape of these steaks and was able to get some marks on all four sides with forward searing then off to the side to bring them up to MR. Plated up with Weber honey garlic shrimp skewers, baked tates, steamed broccoli and hot buttered “mushroom cloud” shaped rolls. Steak sauce not used and no catsup! Thanks for looking.
