Great find. Prime is 6 bucks a pound here. Only thin choice briskets where I live at SAMs.

After reading this thread earlier, I had to take a trip.... all my club had was Excel Choice. I inquired, and was told they never know what they get in until it arrives, but I could talk with the manager and see if he could order one. Well, long story short, he will try, but no promise. Just depends on if the distribution center has any or not. He said he will place the order for a case in the morning and should know something later in the day, and he will call me.

And the choice is $4.28 per pound.... maybe I should have asked if he knew what the price was for the prime...
