Thanks for the kind words everyone. You make a fella feel welcome. I leave the tips on out of habit, especially when frying. One could argue I'm being lazy. From a visual perspective, I think leaving the tips on looks nicer in a turn in box than just the flat (maybe that's just a personal thing).

As for the recipe inquiries, I can share the honey gold and my rub, but I'm afraid the hot bourbon BBQ and my competition Asian wings are off the table for now (they are in my competition recipe rotation right now, I'm sure you'll understand). :mrgreen:

I'll chime back in with the recipes when I hit the home front this evening.
