Going to throw some chicken on the UDS this weekend and looking for a good poulrty rub. Gotta' have a good one, I'm cooking for my parents this weekend. Any help will be much appreciative. Thanks in advance brothers.
 
I had been looking at that one Yankee. Only problem is I don't have a double boiler.

Do you have a metal bowl ? Just stick that on top of a sauce pan with water in it. Your just trying to avoid burning the sugar so really you could do it right on the burner if your super careful. You could probably even skip that step all together if you wanted to and still have a decent rub.
