Port Aransas?

Going to the beach for a few days on the way to the April bash. Any info on Port Aransas is appreciated. Never been there.

I can't speak for current conditions but Port Aransas was where my family during my childhood went for beach vacations many times. I suspect it is now more developed but still a great beach for family fun.

Some good flounder to be had there if you like to eat fish. Gulf shrimp too.
