Was recently on sale for $0.99/lb. At that price I grabbed a few for the freezer and put one on the MAK for a couple hours at 180 before resting then searing each side quickly at 450 degrees.
The roast was seasoned with Florida Seasoned Pepper rub (no salt) with a topcoat of Roasted Garlic and Herbs. The flavor was great and pork very moist, more so then I expected.
Served with a Cesar salad and and hash browns, or as my daughter used to call them when very young, hash brownies! Had some ‘splaining to do with in-laws after that…
