A tostada is on a crispy shell, IME. It looked like Guerry had these on soft corn shells, making it an overstuffed taco to me...

Do you have Publix Supermarkets in Gastonia?
If so, they should be able to order them for you.
Neck bones are standard stock in Publix around here.
Also, feet, tails, and ears.
