I have a 4.5 lb pork loin (not tenderloin). I was wondering if ya marinate it or not? I am planning on Rec Tec at 300 and either my rub or Cavinders...thoughts?!?
 
Wish I could help. I usually inject w Butcher BBQ pork injection. It’s a good injection but I don’t think it would be the best marinade.

Maybe just a little oil, brown sugar, garlic and salt?

The question was posed a little late and no turning back now. Olive oil and my own rub. I will keep all posted when done....thanks!
